Meet Chef Chris

A Los Angeles native, Chef Chris Jordon’s passion for food began at an early age, shaped by the rich cultural diversity and global influences that define California’s culinary landscape. Surrounded by a wide range of flavors, traditions and travel, he developed a creative, globally inspired approach that continues to influence his cooking today.

His career took an unexpected and exciting turn in 1998 when he joined his first national tour with the Vans Warped Tour. What began as an opportunity quickly evolved into decades of traveling the world, cooking for artists, bands, and production teams in ever-changing environments. This experience not only sharpened his versatility, but also deepened his passion for creating exceptional food in any setting.

Over the years, Chef Chris has had the privilege of working with globally recognized artists and organizations including Kendrick Lamar, Paul McCartney, Bad Bunny, U2, Sting, Janet Jackson, The Eagles, Warner Brothers Studios, Kenny Chesney, Miley Cyrus, Kane Brown, Megan Thee Stallion, Coachella Music Festival, and many more.

While his experience spans some of the world’s biggest stages, what Chef Chris values most are the moments shared around the table. His greatest joy comes from watching people relax, connect, and fully enjoy a meal together, free from distraction and stress.

His philosophy is simple:
“You’re never going to be around good food and bad attitudes.”

It’s this belief that guides every experience he creates, thoughtful, welcoming, and rooted in the idea that great food has the power to bring people together.
